Founder & Managing Director
Ross Thurston
Ross has dedicated his entire career to the events industry, beginning as DJ and progressing to the role of Events Manager for several local companies. At 36, he took the leap to establish RCT Entertainment & Events alongside his wife, Charlene. RCT Entertainment and Events grew very quickly and now consists of 6 companies all under one group.
Today, Ross manages the business daily, often seen DJing at events or setting up one of our dance floors or photo booths

Charlene Thurston
Charlene is Ross's wife and brings a wealth of experience in event planning, having spent years working for hotels and local event. Together, she and Ross established RCT Entertainment & Events, and they haven't looked back since.
Charlene is typically your first point of contact and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our events, including quotes, bookings, staff coordination, and invoicing.

Michelle Mckee
Michelle has been with RCT Photo Booths for just over a year, showing hard work, dedication, and a genuine concern for customer experience.
Michelle now oversees all bookings for the photo booths, magic mirrors, and video booth 360s. Her responsibilities include ensuring that equipment is fully operational, training new staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service from our photo booth attendants.
You can also expect to meet Michelle one of your events.
